不难发现，新版 Windows Mobile 站点在推广基于微软 Windows Mobile 设备上花了很大的功夫，用户可以比较各款最新的设备，筛选特定功能的设备。同样还有一个全新的交互体验，展示了新的 Windows Mobile 6.1 界面，以及 Windows Live 和 Office Mobile 是如何增强用户体验的。



另外，Windows Mobile Owners Circle 也被重新命名为 Windows Mobile Total Access 了，仍以推广 Windows Mobile 第三方应用程序为主，还包括铃声，技巧。我们觉得只有微软推出 Windows Mobile 7（2009 年初推出），以及 Windows Live Wave3（2008 年末推出），不然很难鼓励开发者继续进行 Windows Mobile 和 Windows Live 方面的开发，目前大量的开发者都转向了 iPhone 平台。
